Summer has officially started, so to celebrate we hit the drive-in movies. My friend, and blogger sensei, Mark should be so proud that I purposely brought my camera along to chronicle the event (Joy not so much)! We managed to add a few other kids to our motley crew and settled in with bags of Doritos, Popcorn, Skittles, Cookies and bug spray to watch Kung Fu Panda 2.

How much longer until the movie starts?? |
Luckily the rain managed to miss us, the snacks lasted through the whole movie and no kids got run over in the parking lot -- all in all a great success of an evening. Only 72 more days until school begins ... what to do next?
Yes,I am proud. You have my blessing to continue. But one question, Why the Hell didn't you invite us???
ReplyDeletem.
That is such a good question Mr. Mark! No idea why. Beth and Deb called us Sat AM and it grew from an idea into an actual event. We will always put you on speed-dial for these events in the months to come.
ReplyDeleteNow, to comment for Sue: you are a natural born family historian, photographer and more! This is the virtual scrapbook. Remember, if you ask me to fill in any details, they will likely not be added. Proof - the early years of the incredibly true adventures of two girls in love - scrapbooks are awesome because Sue made them but she left many pages blank and asked me to add teh captions (dates, locations, etc). 16 years later, those pages are still missing captions. Oops!
